2015 Jadin Wong Award

for Emerging Asian American Choreographer

Applications are now open

The Asian American Arts Alliance is pleased to administer,

with support from the New York Community Trust,

the 2015 Jadin Wong Award for Emerging Asian American Choreographer.

This follows the successful introduction of the Jadin Wong Award for Emerging Asian American Dancer in 2014.

This award is a tribute to the life and work of renowned Chinese American actress,

and comedienne Jadin Wong.

Since her teenage years,

Ms. Wong had been a pioneer and innovator of Asian American performing arts.

This year's award is intended to recognize an emerging Asian American choreographer whose work shows strong potential for greater achievement, who hopes to make a significant impact on the NYC artistic community.

Applicants are also strongly encouraged to attend the Alliance Master Class on Thursday, April 23rd, to learn more about the application process.

Space is limited, so be sure to sign up here now

*Online nomination form closes on
